TVGuide.com just rolled out their list of Sexiest Superhuman Characters, running the gamut from Buffy and Angel through True Blood, Once Upon A Time, Charmed, The Vampire Diaries and even Doctor Who – and guess who made the cut? A very deserving Castiel!
Not only is Cas nearly omnipotent, but he’s also hilarious (sometimes on purpose, but more often not). And while it’s no good to judge a book by its cover, Cas’ perfect face and sexy trench coat don’t exactly make him hard to look at either.
